We found this hidden gem in Oakville. We went there this past weekend for take out for the family. The staff was very friendly. The owners of this place are very humble, decent and down to earth people. The food was fresh and tasted amazing. You won’t go wrong with this place. Order with confidence!! We will definitely be returning customers to try out more items as well as all our favorite ones. Been going to this place for sushi for 4 years and never been disappointed. The freshness of the seafood is unmatched. Unlike any other sushi spots anywhere in Oakville or Burlington. I will continue to support this small family owned business. The couple that owns this spot is super polite and servicial. I highly recommend getting any and all of their roles. 1000/10.

This sushi place is an absolute gem! The sushi was made fresh to order, and I loved getting to watch the chefs prepare my meal right in front of me—it added such a personal touch to the experience. The service was incredibly fast, and despite the high quality, the prices were very affordable. Most importantly, the sushi was absolutely delicious—every bite was bursting with flavor! A small family business that's been around for several years. We've been customers in the past when it was AYCE but it's not that anymore. Sushi is fresh and they have some unique rolls that you won't find in other restaurants. For example, we tried the Lobster Mountain roll and a spicy butter fish roll. Happy to support this small business!

Mika Sushi is a wonderful boutique restaurant to enjoy a moment with family or just a me-moment. The food is delightful. Chef Joe’s attention to tradition, colour, texture, taste, look, and the freshest of ingredients make the experience memorable. Mika Sushi has a nice atmosphere with soft tasteful music, a convenient ordering counter, nice lighting, and a friendly atmosphere. My crab and mango salad was exquisite with delicate tastes. The torched salmon sushi was a revelation in taste and texture. The avocado sushi was buttery amd colourful. Overall, it was a great experience and I will be back.
Definitely a hidden gem in Oakville! The quality and prices really can’t be beat! The fish is always so fresh. The rice to fish ratio is just right and the staff is so friendly. We ordered for takeout and they were super fast and efficient which we will really appreciate. We will definitely be swinging by whenever we are in the area!
